Wings were rockin' the Joe last night! eee Another brick wall performance by Howard...and strangely the Hawks seem to be breaking down. Toews did some dumb penalties, people are being selfish...not to take anything way fro mthe Wings defense that was overwhelming. The Hawks threw everythign at them in the 1st....no go tongue

Vancouver, Canada (AP) -A seven year old boy was at the centre of a Vancouver courtroom drama yesterday when he challenged a court ruling over who should have custody of him. The boy has a history of being beaten by his parents and the judge initially awarded custody to his aunt, in keeping with the child custody law and regulations requiring that family unity be maintained to the degree possible. The boy surprised the court when he proclaimed that his aunt beat him more than his parents and he adamantly refused to live with her. When the judge suggested that he live with his grandparents, the boy cried out that they also beat him. After considering the remainder of the immediate family and learning that domestic violence was apparently a way of life among them, the judge took the unprecedented step of allowing the boy to propose who should have custody of him. After two recesses to check legal references and confer with child welfare officials, the judge granted temporary custody to the Vancouver Canucks, whom the boy firmly believes are not capable of beating anyone.

Wow, the penguins need a goalie, and some effort, otherwise this will be short and sweet.

the Bruins played about as well as you can last night, there blue line defense was astoundingly good against what should be an offensive juggernaut

a note from twitter:

In other sports, a broken leg means an immediate 911 call. In hockey, a broken leg is a poor excuse for not killing a penalty.

Ha ha....bye bye Cindy 55

Should be a good series.....I heard them talking about that last goal in regulation at the Hawks/Kings game.....the puck was drifting down the ice and it just barely missed a helmet on the ice...if the puck had hit the helmet, the puck couldn't have been iced?

nope, they said the only combination left i think is Chicago and the rangers that haven't met. I think it will bea good series, Boston has it's team playing exceptionally well right now, and rask has been awesome. some guy in Pittsburgh called him amediaocre goalie at best, well the mediocre goalie kept your team to 2 goals in 4 friggin games buddy
