that shouldn't be hard to do, actually they already have done better, this trailer was better than the entire movie with ferris

I thought the last Fantastic four was ok. At least Chris Evans.

Speaking of the 98 Godzilla. Here is some laughing material in anticipation for the new one.

radio host talked about it this morning - said it was the most ridiculous thing he'd seen and to not waste money on it.

not that I was planning on it but ok!

Either Meeps or another lostie saw it and they liked it.  Some movies can be fine but are just not meant for everyone.  The radio host just might be hard to please. I still want to see it.

Ok I've seen it now. It's ok in some ways but....they over did a particular way of doing it that just ruined it for me. Normally in a big action flick like this you get over whelmed with the explosions and fighting and noise and then comes the ONE key scene where they tone down all the noise and slow things down to help focus on the move that changes the course of the battle. Well, 90% of the battles was filmed in THAT tone. There wasn't enough noise, it was all muted and slow and boring.

That and Ken Wantanabe had the same "Dumbfounded, stunned silence, in shock.." act the whole movie. No emotional variation in character. That made him boring.

 tongue I'll give it a 3 star.
