The time of possession thing was definitely wrong. Our defense is completely wiped out having played most of the games themselves.

If the reports are true and Jon Gruden wants to coach the Eagles but Lurie doesn't want him, then the Eagles deserve what they get, there isn't a better coach on the market besides Gruden.

I haven't heard whether they're leaning towards anyone right now. I did hear about gruden though, don't know if it's true.

I'm glad to see Washington out of it. I still can't believe how far they made it. Of course, all that means is that they sucked the least in the division.

I was disgusted by the Bengal fans, throwing stuff at Ben Roethlisberger as he is carted off the field, completely uncalled for.

that was an ugly game. I wonder if this will mark the end of marvin lewis' career in cincy, since apparently whether you can win a playoff game or not doesn't seem to matter to them much. lol2

we've been pretty tame lately - no much to get upset over these days

my players have had things thrown at them at other parks though - I think in NY last year or the year before - just fans being assholes

in 2004 Saskatchewan kicker Paul McCallum missed an 18 yard field goal in overtime against BC in a playoff game. Angry Roughrider fans pelted his house with eggs and dumper a load of manure in his yard.

One of the reports stated that the ball was tilted when it was put on the ground

LACES OUT is a much better excuse though lol2

if the ball was sideways he still should have made it, if it was a friggin nerf football he should have made it, it was a 27 yard field goal.

I don't know enough to know if its a good sign or not. Some are saying that he's too "vanilla".

Well Chip most certainly was not vanilla and he ended up setting us back a few years so 32

Speaking of.... Chip to San Fran... Any thoughts?

Unbelievably heartbreaking end to the season, Mike Mcarthy has lost 7 playoff games, 5 on the last play of the game

I think that is the consensus for most people, Cam will be villianized for most of the country.

I'm rooting for the panthers. and it should be a easy win for them. I don't see any way they broncos can keep up with them. their weakness is their secondary and manning isn't going to burn them for long passes. they have no running game to speak of, and cam can easily avoid the pounding that brady took.

Plus I'd kinda like to see manning lose his third straight super bowl

I think that the Broncos defense will keep it close as long as Peyton doesn't turn the ball over

if they c contain Cam Newton, who will prove to be much more difficult than Brady was. he was a statue compared to newton, who can out run their linebackers and defensive ends

probably, it wasn't all brady's fault, the offensive line was getting blown by the whole game, if denver has a guy who can just bump miller and slow him down(something Ne didn't do once the entire game) then he will have the time to either move or throw the ball.

I think Denver has a better chance than people are giving them. If it's clsoe in the 4th quarter I really like Denver. Carolina has been bad all year at protecting leads

I'm rooting for the Broncos, I want Manning to win one more before he retires. I think Carolina's D, despite having trouble keeping leads, is going to be too much for the Broncos.

wrong defense being too much for the other team. They slammed the Panthers on their first drive and they played scared the rest of the game.

That Denver D is no joke.

on another note, worst halftime show in a long time.

Dude, Denver's D was incredible. Yes, I knew they were good, but they really brought it.

Lady Gaga's National Anthem was incredible. The halftime show, the little I saw of it, was crap. I hate Beyoncé and her racist husband.

agreed, she ,despite the costumes and shit, is very talented.
I rate it right behind whitney Houston's version, tough song to sing, even tougher to sing well and not ruin.
