Less than 6 weeks away, I can't wait!!

it seems like they just finished.+ no wait that's hockey, which i think is about that far away also

The Eagles are already dropping like flies - two acl's have been torn and lost for the season

And again the hopes rise for the Lions...they have a long way to go, to wash away last season    

They are in the wrong division bud, the best they can hope for is a wildcard, I think they will finish third in the division behind Green Bay and Minnesota.

I know, they haven't made any significant changes, except Reggie Bush, not sure how much help he will be...but he's being pushed as a ticket selling attraction all right....

Yea, good luck with that, it is almost like having Barry all over again, Stafford is a great QB with a mediocre team around him.

all ALL STAR games are a joke

thankfully the CFL hasnt played one since 1988

and before that only sporadically

Great game yesterday against SF, I am hopeful for the season, If the Packers continue to play the run like that, they just may have another Super Bowl in their future.

Didn't watch it, heard it was kind of messy, but at least the Lions start things with a victory, and against a division opponent too...

It was like a playoff game, it was the cleanest played game of the day, I think that SF and GB are the top 2 teams in the NFC.

Defense still needs a lot of work

Michael Vick needs to get chewed on by a dog.  

I wasn't happy about him when they first got him but even I have forgiven him. He's done his time and is actively working against dog fighting now. I think they've even let him get one again for his kids.

He was mostly awesome last night. The birds haven't been that exciting since I don't know when.

I follow a lot of the dogs rescued from him on Facebook. Will never forgive him.

A lot of people still feel that way. I never thought I would (forgive him); or not exactly forgive but I'm over it. I guess watching him every Sunday has worn me down.

I can look past it because he served his time, that doesn't mean I will forget it though, I think just about everyone deserves a second chance.

Owning a pitbull might make me a littttttle bit more heated on the subject.

Back to football though, the Rams won. At work, I told everyone they would only win 3 games....So it's not looking good for me so far.  

Lol, I think they are gonna be pretty good, Its a make it or break it year for Bradford.

I don't know what the Lions are gonna do with Suh...financially he's only hurting himself, but somebody needs to set him down and reteach him how to tackle....Actually this hit didn't look that blatant, but I understand the league coming down on him, due to being a repeat offender...

The hit didn't look blatant, it is the fact the LB would have scored without his block, he was 10 yds ahead of him, there was no need to even block him

Looks like the Shehawks are going places

I expect the Eagles to be 1-3 after they face Denver Sunday.

I know  But I think we have a chance....would like to see Bush back, and Johnson 100%....they still have not much of a running game....

Green Bay is 1-2, and they will be coming off a bye, better luck next year,  

Well that was fun yesterday...Cutler was what I expected him to be....Good game overall, too bad they had to let them back in the game at the end...
