i wonder what kind of nutrients these types of "food" have...they should come with nutrition labels..worms may be too high in sodium and i not know..and it'd mess up my high blood pressure...we need to know these things..

OR...they could be full of healthy anti-oxidants that are great for the cardiovascular system and your heart and prevent heart attacks...might be the next super food too..up there with bananas and pomegranates
