They probably didnt think they would get in trouble, in the U.S. version, if a person breaks food restriction they get a penalty nomination, and if they are already on the block they get a penalty vote against them

Sab was playing a good game, but her lies are starting to catch up to her, you have to tell half-truths, it's much harder for people to deny things when there are elements of truth mixed in, that is what made Dr. Will the master, he lied all the time, but mixed in just enough truth that people never caught on until it was too late.
