| I don't think he's universal enough. I'm not sure there is just one guy who transcends both leagues. | |

I just read on MLB rumors that since Jeter is retired that Buster should be the "new face" of baseball

| Is there anything more infuriating than a hitter swinging at the first pitch with the bases loaded? Especially if the hitter in front of you walked? | |

that';s the AJ pierzinski method of hitting, most of the time it resulted in a inning ending double play

| That was the phillies way last season as well. They actually had a fair amount of base runners, just none if them scored | |

| I really can't stand the fox broadcasters. The giants are down by FIVE runs but having two base runners apparently puts them "right back in it". | |

| This has been a fantastic World Series. I'm not usually into it but I'm really pulling for San Fran to lose.
Royals are killing it in the second. Hopefully their pitching can hold it.

| I was so glad they did a tribute to Oscar last night....the fountain was even red. I watched most of the game last night and was surprised at how excited I was to see the Royals absolutely killing it. Here's to hoping they win game 7! | |

| I hope tonight is a blow out so I'll be free to turn it off and go to bed early. Derek may get to see a winning season soon | |

| I've never understood rioting when you win, why destroy your community because you are World Champs? Makes absolutely no sense to me. _________________ He is the Prince who was promised, and his is the song of Ice and Fire
